Leading with the Brain in Mind – a programme for emerging leaders (Open programme)

Did you know that 10,000 baby boomers retire each day – and this means that by 2020 almost 50% our workplace will be millennials?

That’s part of the reason we designed a brain-savvy leadership programme for emerging leaders.  Our programme is not just for leaders who are relatively new to the workplace though.  It’s for anyone new to a leadership role who wants to develop their own authentic leadership style.

The programme is designed to give insight into what leadership behaviours and mindset work and the practical tools to do something with it.  As with all our programmes, the design is underpinned by science.
